Appeal Policy

The intent of this policy is to define the appeals process.
All customers are free to appeal.
Customers > Customers of RACS which got Notice of Decision after doing a complainment.
RACS > Raw And Cuddly Shop
A customer who got a Notice of Decision on the base of an complaint can make this the base of an appeal.
Appeal Process
An applicant who is subject to an decision may appeal the decision by mailing a
Notice of Appeal
to RACS within forty-five (45) days of the date that such decision was
mailed (based on postmark or electronic equivalent). The Notice of Appeal must contain the individual’s
statement of the basis of the appeal, as well as any documents in support of the appeal
